Alice is an illustrator and fine stationery designer, living and working in Hackney, London. Her work is mostly inspired by love of language, British regalia and vintage curiosities. She particularly loves making things out of reclaimed textiles and antique papers, using things that have a story, and giving things a new use, in a new context. She designs fine stationery, to try to encourage people to write more letters. She will be one of the Lovely Merchants with new fine stationery items. www.alicegabb.com and her blog www.alicegabb.blogspot.com
